The Reno difference
Reno commercial properties sit at roughly 4,400 feet in USDA zone 6b/7a, which means short growing seasons, hard clay-caliche soil, and winters that bring real snow. TMWA's watering restrictions — no irrigation between 11am and 7pm, and even/odd day schedules — apply to commercial accounts too, and our crews are trained on those rules. The mow season runs about 28 weeks (April through October), but maintenance doesn't stop when mowing does: fall cleanups, irrigation blowouts, and snow pushes keep commercial grounds safe and presentable through the off-season.

- We can start any time of year. Mid-season starts are common — we assess the current condition of the property on our site walk and note any catch-up work needed before regular maintenance begins. That work is quoted separately.
- Snow removal is separate from standard grounds maintenance. We offer per-push pricing ($50–$90 depending on lot size) or a seasonal Winter Watch plan at $55 per month that covers the full snow season. We can bundle it alongside your regular maintenance schedule for a single combined monthly bill.
