Our prices are published. Your bill is the same every month. You get a text when we are on the way and a photo when the job is done. That is the whole model — predictable service with real communication, no surprises at the end of the month.

You get a set day each week or every other week. No need to call or text to book a visit. If weather or holiday timing changes anything, we let you know in advance.

An on-the-way text goes out before we arrive. When the work is done, we send a photo so you can confirm everything looks right without needing to be home.

We bill the same amount on the same date each month, twelve months a year. No per-visit invoices, no variable charges based on grass growth or extra passes — just one predictable number.
The Reno difference
Reno sits at about 4,400 feet in USDA zone 6b/7a, which means a mow season that runs roughly April through October — about 28 weeks. Clay and caliche soil makes proper mowing height and timing matter more here than in wetter climates. TMWA's watering schedule restricts irrigation to even/odd days with no watering between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m., so we coordinate our visits and weed-control applications around those windows. Winters are real here — about 22 inches of snow a year in the valley — which is why our membership plans include winter coverage at the same flat monthly rate, not a seasonal pause that leaves you scrambling in spring.

- No — and that is by design. Your monthly rate stays the same all 12 months. Winter coverage (property checks, coordination for snow, and spring readiness) is built into the membership so you are not hit with a big restart bill in April.
- Yes. A la carte mowing visits run $45 to $130 depending on yard size. If you want consistent weekly or biweekly service without committing to a membership, we can also set up a recurring visit schedule billed per visit.
